  • Rate above is per night per villa (net)

  • A maximum of two adults and one child under 12 years is recommended for each bedroom in the villa

  • Extra person US $35.00 net per person inclusive of daily American Breakfast

  • One child under 12 years old is free of charges inclusive of daily American Breakfast

Check in and check out time:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

  • Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day

  • Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Minimum Staying:

High Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates above are net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

  • 21% Government Tax and Service Charges

  • Personalized pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

  • Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa

  • Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay

  • Daily breakfast (ABF) at your own villa

  • WiFi Internet access – usage at costumer's account

  • Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
